Non-Compliance Reporting Program

New York 811’s Non-Compliance Reporting Program enables the reporting of any alleged Code 753 violation (i.e., any excavation work occurring without utilities being marked, failure to complete a timely designation of an underground facility, etc.), to be reported directly to the New York State Public Service Commission.
