New York 811’s Damage Prevention Committee provides an open forum for its members to share ideas, strategies and solutions to prevent damage to underground facilities during excavation. Committee members include underground facility owners and operators, New York 811 representatives, excavators, contractors, government agencies and other interested individuals.
